So The Supreme Court overturned the Ontario Court of Appeal, thats what appeal courts are for...

Ask Rob Ford, he just went through that and Clayton Ruby can appeal to the Supreme Court if he wants to.. someone has to lose, in this instance the pension plan members.. bummer...
