Thx for the info guys. Taking it to court. I just do not know what I am going to defend. I guess that depends a lot on disclosure?
when the officer pulled me over he just told me I think you were doing a 100 because that's what I did to catch up to you. And I said I was like doing maybe 80, if that - and he reduced it to 20 over in a 60 zone and not 40 over....
Im just worried I go to court and get nailed with the 40 over in the end
any more thoughts?
