That's a crock, specially for a newbie.

Get a brand name binding from sportchek or sportinglife, or whereever for cheap.

Go learn how to board first.

Then worry about the name brands/etc.

Im still skiing on skiis that I bought 10 years ago from PLAY IT AGAIN SPORTS lol - and they were used then.
