Thanks, but when was this enacted? Because when I bought the car earlier this year, I did not get an e-test as it was already done. I went to the MTO, told them the e-test was done, she confirmed, handed over my safety, paid and got my stickers. Either way, it'd pass e-test as it was just done this past March.
