Reviving an old thread - Could someone assist me with a scan on my e63 as the check engine light came on? I was backing it into my garage and out of the blue the indicator came on. I plugged my basic OBDII scanner in and it came back with no codes and I cannot reset the light. It may need to pull BMW specific codes. It maybe a bad tank of gas but I'd like to get a sense if it's something more intricate. Mississauga ideally but can travel if need be. Thanks. Stephen.
