Car is 100% tight otherwise - it drives/idles/pulls perfectly SO.........

$5600 TAKE IT AS IS and do the work yourself
1 hood = less than $100
2 full tune = around $100
3 full used m3 exhaust $300 or less plus work/install about $200
4 rebuilt calipers or used m3 about $300
You will regret either not buying this car (about $6k) or not doing one up yourself ..................please ask your local specialist how much it will cost
If you do it up yourself, it will cost AT LEAST $6k = 318ti*a beater for $1k*, donor engine/parts, suspension, wheels/tires, sound/alarm, CLUSTER/ELECTRONICS AND ANY OTHER OUTSIDE LABOUR, and of course the TIME you invest etc etc etc ....
MAKES SENSE, NO ACCIDENTS, 95% correct m3 cluster, alarm, winters, shift kit, 18's with new (yes chinese!) rubber and used 16" alum snows, sunroof, fogs, angel eyes (yes chinese!) all black, ONE easliy corrected rust spot, WORK DONE LAST YEAR! ETC ETC .......
