I'm not in the GTA, so I have no recommendation besides taking the opportunity to get some tools and do it yourself. These cars will nickle and dime you to death unless you get your hands dirty. When I put my car together this spring, I bent up the new steel lines on my trailing arms with a beer bottle and a stretch of pre-flared hard line from NAPA (because I'm lazy!).
Knowing how to do your own brake work will not only save you money, but knowing one of the most important parts of your car is functioning properly will give you huge piece of mind.
