The only time you should be locking them up is in a panic stop, otherwise, good sloid pressure without having to worry about flat spotting your tires all the time. I'm in the process of doing the booster delete using Massive Lee's kit. I'll post some of the findings. ScotcH has done a home made solution and got great results. The delete KIT also gives you an adjustable pedal.
