Sorry my friend, I am actually taking it to my mechanic to have it done.. There is spring compressing tool I believe thats needed to remove and install the spring onto the strut. The rear shocks and springs can be done easily though without taking it to a shop.
If you dont mind me asking, which bilsteins were you looking to purchase? Im purchasing OEM replacement Bilsteins which really dont have any added performance over OEM. Ordered them for about 200 in total for the pair.
