Ok so I finally made my mind up and ordered my products
Went with the 5.5" pad like everyone suggested...after a bit of research I know fully understand as to why that size was recommended.

Up until now I've never used a clay bar on a vehicle before and now I truly understand what a clean car can feel like!
When the weather gets a bit better and I have more time I'll see what I can do as far as restoring the paint.
