Just be prepared for the list of stuff to fix to be in the $3000 range. Don't get the work done by Duss brothers, and take the things he says needs repair with a grain of salt. Like everlast said, use your own judgement as to whether an item really needs attention or not.
His lists are crazy thorough, and a little over the top, but it will give you a really good idea, and a great bargaining point to get the price down if need be.
