All M sports 01-03 came with the seats, steering wheel, plethora of M badges inside and on the trim and front and rear bumpers as well as lower/firmer ride and style 66 wheels (unless other wheels are ordered by owner at time of purchase).

but I do also recall reading that all
's were M sport in BMW's last bid to sell as many as they could by offering the Msport as a regular option. I am going to try and dig up the info on that to verify... either that, or I am thinking of the e60 550i's.
