He had it dynoed at 235hp? If that's at the wheels it must be boosted. If it's at the crank ( approx 190-200whp) it's still to high for a 2.7L stroker without some serious port work, custom high compression pistons (at least 11:1), extrude honed intake manifold (or fully custom), a big cam, and a really good tune.
More details on the stuff that makes you go fast would be good... perhaps the dyno chart
