REASON FOR SELLING: The only reason I’m selling the car is because I need cash for a down payment on a condo. I would have loved to keep this car for another 5-6 years.

INTERIOR COLOR: Tan (not leather), excellent condition.

TRANS: Manual 5 speed
BRAKES: Just changed the front breaks/rotors, and the rears have about 3K left. BMW charges $350 + taxes for a rear break job.
MAINTENANCE: I changed the front right stabilizer link last year. The last oil change was done at 124K last year so no need for a while.
Owner: I am the second owner. I bought the car 2 years ago from an older gentleman who had purchased the car from the dealer brand new. He had all the service records to that point and I also have all the service records mostly from the dealership.
INCLUDES: A set of winter rims with tires in very good condition. Also includes a Ski roof rack.

NOTES: This is a very, very well maintained car, with an absolutely crystal clean record (NO ACCIDENTS). Lately I’ve barely drove it since I now take the subway to the office.
