You are not understanding, you cannot retrofit sunshades onto your existing door panels. The panels on the back/top are different. F urther more, you have extended leather, which means you have full leather door panels, ie. you cannot even attempt any modifications without risking to butcher them.
The only one you probably can retrofit is the rear window.
I've spent hours reading into it and actually looking at the door panels side to side. That's why I had to buy the whole door panels from an all black interior car.
The problem for you is, the caramel (extended) interior never came with sunshades due to the all leather door panels.
Have a look at the picture below;

notice the difference between your interior(door panels) and this one?
That is why my M5 is an individual, it came with a rear sunshade, extended leather seats, with non leather door panels and dashboard, with aluminum trim.
