Oh yes, I have a friend, who is also on max but I won't say who. This friend worked while in high school, bought his own stuff, drove Mommy and Daddies convertible, then graduated high school. He went to post secondary school, worked, partied did home work, bought a BMW. Then he graduated again, got a job, making less than a lot of people on here probably. He then bought a house, and another BMW.
Apart from the mortgage, he has no debt! What's wrong with the rest of the world that they can work 3 jobs, go to school, and still end up $60,000 in debt, or more? Apparently it only takes some thinking, some common sense, and a bit of effort to achieve what he has.
