I can't tell from the pic, but is the bracket bolted right to the AFM, or do you have any vibration dampers in between? It probably doesn't make a difference, but I can't help but think that having it bolted to the engine will shake the hell out of the AFM, which might not be good for it? The rubber intake boot isolates vibration away from the AFM under normal circumstances, but like I said, I don't know if it matters.
