Zack, I don't think you've ever driven a 323 or I don't think you'd be buying it. It is a gutless wonder. You're better off with a 2006 330 which are swapping hands around $15ish for clean low mileage examples. You're also saving vs. those 323's. The only reason they're cheap is because BMW flooded the mkt with them by offering really cheap lease rates to get people that may have otherwise shopped elsewhere. I've been in several 323's auto and stick, and Ugh is all I have to say. A great chassis waiting for a more powerful engine IE 328, 330, 335 etc.....
