Hey David, the answer is yes... rolling is done by rolling the inside lip of the fender so when the wheel heads up into the wheel well from a bump or sharp turn it does not make contact with the inside lip of the fender. The key is to go slow and to heat the edge/paint with a heat gun to minimize paint cracking... you can find them at

You can use a baseball bat as well, a wooden bat is recommended it has more give and is a lot gentler than an aluminium one.
