Ok i found some tires from a guy i get e36 parts from in pickering.... he is giving me a great deal on some winter tires.. they arent a good brand name or anything, but its besically the same thread pattern as ipikes.... and its only 500 bucks cash for them balanced and installed!!! I kno alot of people are against buying tires from companies that arent mainstream, but i have had both brand name and no name winter tires on my pervious vehicles... and i havent noticed a difference except in the road noise but that isnt something im really concerned about. 
I'll let you know how the grip is...
