Wow, glad everyone is alright.
You can tell your adjuster that if it's on the line, "i'd prefer to replace" but as previously mentioned, It is the insurance companies right to decide if the car is repaired or replaced.
I have just a few questions so I can try and point you in the right direction...
Look over your insurance policy. Do you have OPCF 43 "limited waiver of depreciation" on this car?
Is this car leased, financed, or owned free of liens?
Did you buy it brand new or was it a demo/used?
