try slotted rotors, and better pads. Braking is affected by weight not power, if your car weight is the same it's gonna stop in the same amount of feet regardless of power.

Try what Richie said as he is right, however with your drivng style a BBK would compliment..although your new found stopping power will def need tires with tread.
