The TRW tierods I got look different than the Lemforder tierods. The TRW rods don't appear to support the bending of the securing plate, it's shaped so that there is no room to bend the plate.
The Lemforders have deeper grooves so that you can bend the plate easily over. I bought the TRWs from autopartsway because the Lemforders were out of stock and I would like to get this done. Anybody know why a company would use a different design?
