Maybe you can use that new telemarketing law against them.

"Report any unsolicited calls to the National Do Not Call List operator by calling (866) 580-3625. Telemarketers are required by law to ensure the numbers on the list are not called. They have access to a database with phone numbers that are registered. Penalties for not adhering to this law include a $1,500 fine for individuals and a $15,000 fine for corporations.

Call them, say this person won't stop calling you about buying whatever. It's not like they can prove what they were saying and you CAN prove how often they called. Maybe you can get them fined =)
