hey
so 18" means width of the rim if the set is stagerred then 18" are fronts and 18.5" rears.
et is the offset size so 37 will fit you car for sure without any rubbing (the higher et means rims going more outside)
i'm guessing that pcd is bolt pattern 5x120
i have 19" stagerred 8.5 front and 9 rear with 35 offset and everything works nice.
