Ok, so over at another forum, they confirmed that the swoosh/woosh sound is normal during this heat wave in stop/go traffic. If the woosh sound was on all the time, especially during first cold start up, then the fan clutch is locked up and must be replaced. I have not heard it in 2 days b/c I've not been downtown and less stop/go. I will still need to do a cooling overhaul.
Back to CCV - let me know timing and we can work something out.
