you best bet is to go to realoem.com and see the exploded view, if there is a seal you should try to replace it with a new one.
Just get the o-rings you need. There's a kit for the pressure relief valve in there.
Can you tell if it's leaking from where the adaptor mounts to the block? Or from where the filter and the adaptor join? Or from the pressure relief valve inside the adaptor? Worst case, it's not a big deal to replace them all - o-rings are cheap.
