I have 07 sportpkg, summer tires and I drive in winter. It is not safe to drive on snow or icy conditions as I have tried it personally many times to test the x-drive. But it is safe to drive in winter when there is no snow on the ground especially when the roads are clear especially in areas like Mississauga since the roads are always clean.
