UPDATE OF MY FINDINGS:
Don't hate on me , this is still experimental. I just used the tape so I can still be able to unhook it and try diffrent combinations so I can turn the dash lights and parking lights off.

The 3 wires, the one with RED tape is a headlight switch, the one with BLACK tape is Low Beam Relay.

The middle I got no clue yet but I connected it to the yellow wire (both ends) and my low beams started working on the switch.
The Parking lights and dash lights are on constantly ON but the low beams are on a switch with this type of wiring.
