most likely your pump or your pressure regulator. what you probably did was wiggle the wiring so power was restored to the pump to get it to work again. So it could be wiring. recheck the wiring for any breaks or exposed wire first. Check the connection going to the fuel pump too. if this fails it is most likely the pump packed it in.
