State Farm is by far the cheapest if you have a clean record and are over 25, but many agents will want your car as well. You should be able to find one that will just do a bike if you call around though. AFAIK, they rate strictly on displacement, so you don't get nailed to the wall for having a 'supersports' bike. Failing that, check the Insurance forum on gtamotorcycle.com. There are several people in there that can likely get you a decent price. I'm paying $1500/year as a new rider on a 750cc bike, and my record has a few 'pockmarks' on it.
