I've played vball everyweek for 4 years, and been playing squash 3/4 times a week since last summer. Yoga too. Lauren and I play squash @ the gym; I don't normally do the weight training stuff. It's boring as all hell, but we are actually doing squash and weights tonight.
Just imagine how out of shape I'd be if I didn't do all this, lol. Exercise + steady diet of nachos and wings = completely average body.
