It will fit 325 no problem. The front and rear shocks/springs are almost the same. 325 has even thicker springs in the rear and M3 has thinner ones, not too sure why. But anyways, the weight balance is quite similar since the M3 engine is based on M50 anyways. But since the M3 has different reinfocements in the rear such as a different rear sub-frame it may throw off the balance of the car slightly, but I wouldn't worry about it.
