Yes you can, the only thing you have to change is the brake ducts. The M3 ducts curve as the original's are straight.

Some guys on bimmerforums paid almost $600 to have the bumper painted.
BiggyAlex: The problem with the OEM bumpers is that you just get the cover, then you have to buy all the moldings, the lip and the mesh and have it painted, so you are looking at almost $900 when all said and done if not more. These bumpers are just as good, as myself and a ton of other BMW drivers from Max and Bimmerforums have this model. Just stay away from fiberglass and a lip that is not removable.
