i wanted it to be a bmw, or possibly a nice vw/other german car. but im not all that picky if its a mind blowing difference to garentee myself 2-4 years out of it. to be honest iv only ever done research on bmw's; it took me 2-4 months to finally determine that the est reliability of a 2000 bmw was better then most others. which in turn resulted in me buying it, but i dont want to get stuck with a huge repair while going to school.

any inputs on other cars? Acura, mazda, audi, vw jsut throwing names out there...
