Sorry I made a mistake I just called AA to confirm it will not fit a convertable.

I knew I sold one a few years ago to a board member here on Maxbimmer and he knew it was not a bolt on, he still bought it and modded the pipes to fit. I forgot he had to mod the pipes.

Sorry about the mistake the exhuast is a bolt on only for the E46 2001+ sedan and coupe only.
