E39 540i/6 with VFE stage 1 s/c
 

I searched a couple of different forums on this topic and have not been able to find much info specific to the E39 540. I am looking at the VFE stage 1 s/c kit and am wondering how reliable (or practical) it would be for a daily driven 2003 540i 6-spd. I drive about 200 kms. a day (round trip) to commute to and from work. That distance is about 95% highway. On evenings and weekends I would have the occasional city drive... but no more than about 20% of my mileage is city driving. My car currently has 128,000 kms (80,000 miles).

What are everyones' thoughts on that?
