How Many Euro-Spec E30 Tourings In Canada/North America?
 

I only ask this question because I came across this beauty today at a dealership. '91 E30 touring, lowered, 98K, gorgeous BBS rims. I say euro spec cuz everything about the front end jumped out at me, mostly just the euro grill and the smiley's, the fogs looked different too. It was 9G's and I really want it. The only thing i didn't like was that its an auto... Maybe an easy 5spd swap!?! I wanna know if this is super rare find and if I should jump on this!?!? Let me know..I'm in love *love*

there's two that come to mind, hopefully they're not the same person.

Member topspeed has a e30 touring eurospec i believe. There's also a member in new york who has one if i remember correctly.

the tourings truly are beauties. i wanna get one in the future. but for 98k (miles or kms?) 9 gs doesnt sound too bad, but whats the condition

i've driven a couple they are nothing special compared to regular e30... although I would love one in Techno Violet mmmm :P

So it's RHD? There are plenty of Tourings available in Canada that I don't really think it would be worth the hassle of buying a RHD one.

If you go RHD, it'll be bigger hassles when you decide to swap in a newer engine ;)

Another thing to keep in mind is what engine comes in it. A lot of the ones coming over are 318 or 320's. I wouldn't go for one of those engines unless you know for certain it's going to be yanked out for something better.

Bmwstylz, they shouldn't anything different to drive. It's the same suspension, engines and interior. Just more room inside and better styling (imo) on the outside. *th-up*

It's not a RHD...325i Hellrot, Cloth interior. Looks skookum! LOL Drove and it drives real nice. I want M-Tech II kit for it *love*

in BC there is a dealer in Whiterock south Surrey he is importing them from Japan and has about 3 mint Stationwagons in his lot. the guy i think off, you talking about with the touring in BC is me and i moved to Toronto

I have one. When Michael (my friend who imported it for me) got my 320, he also brought in a diamond black 325i that sold to London, ON. There is a green 318is (yes an IS) that got sold to east end of TO. He also had a red 318i that sold to Vancouver. I've seen a silver one rolling around Etobicoke ... looks almost like mine with the hitch and all. I've also seen a diamond black one on Richmond in downtown TO. ColdAccord from Buffalo has a NICE Alpine White one that he is redoing. .... oh ... and I had a 318 last winter that sold to a fellow in Boston that modified the crap out of it apparently.

So to answer your question ... there is a few :) LOL
