SportMax back:17x9 40mm offset |
the wheels in the picture are 4 bolt.
But I believe those are ADR, and they should have that style that fits your car. |
they would order a 5/120 bolt pattern. it's actually sportmax, i was looking for the adr's @ redline but they told me they dont carry it any more. i went to the next store (wheels direct) that's what i found close.

40 mm should be fine, I believe E36 offset is around 35mm.
|
35mm is actually really aggressive for an E36.
The fronts will fit fine, but you'll very likely have to roll the rear fenders, especially with 255/40/17 tires. And you're going to have some insane understeer with a 7" front wheel. |
understeer?
meaning i will have a wide cornering with those and probably lose traction? wheels direct wont roll fenders, see, that what sucks about them. they would probably reduce the tire size to 245's. but i want the 255's could i roll the fenders my self? i know redline does it, but only if you buy the stuff from them i think. |

SportMax wheels are REALLY cheap BTW. I hope my friends down there aren't asking you too much for them. And they had a fender roller, but then someone borrowed it and never brought it back. Never bothered getting another one. |
hehe, thanks mystikal, they gave me 1500 for wheels/tires
i see, that's why they wont roll the fenders, my bad.. |
Yeah, that's a fair deal.
