Seemed pretty cautious to me, simply just didn't care about the rules of the road.
I'd do the same if late for something important.

It's not the best idea to do that due to the risk involved (obviously). However, that driver seemed pretty skilled in his manueverability in that video. That's something I've always wanted to try, but never had the balls to do so for fear of a fatal accident or serious jailtime.

A good handling car and excellent driving skills mean nothing when someone pulls out in front of you.
