RMP motors in Bolton

After showing up 6 hours late on saturday, i finally showed up at RMP motors this morning (only an hour late this time:D)

I needed some service done,
-Have my clutch kit installed
-Remove the CDV (thanks justin, tomek, everyone who told me to do this)
-Install rear shock mounts.

All of the above were done quickly and very professionally. Rocco then took certain liberties, and was I happy he did.

-Fixed my (botched) attempt at installing a m3 diffuser
-Fixed my power steering
-Fixed certain random tranny components (he humoured me by explaining to me exactly what he did, I think i got most of it)

I also asked Rocco to install my new driver side window regulator. He told me that my old one was fine, and that the issue with the window must be the motor, and he couldn't fix it because i only brought him the regulator.

The above is my window, which Rocco told me he didn't fix (:D sure you didn't)

-During clutch install, it was noticed that my slave cylinder was leaking, Rocco had one on hand, and it was installed.

RMP motors was generally very professional, met and exceeded my expectations, great communication. RMP completed all the work I had asked to be done, and then some, in exactly the amount of time that I was quoted. The prices were far below that of other independant shops.

Would I go back? Yep. thursday. need ball joints:D

RMP motors located in Bolton, which is about 20 minutes from the jane & 401 intersection. Traffic gets a little heavy during rush hour, so it can take a little longer, so I suggest avoiding rush hour when going out there.

All in all, great experience, great service, great prices.

Thanks Rocco*th-up*

No problem Ivan, I am very glad to see that you are happy with your car. Since the window motor is weak I lubed up the regulator and seals while I was inspecting it, to make the motor last as long as possible.

Just got back from RMP again. This time Rocco and Mark got to work on my front balljoints and bushings. My balljoints were about as loose as a young street... they were very loose:D. bushings needed to be replaced too. Showed up at RMP an hour late (as per usual,) at least this time i had an excuse of being rear ended. Rocco was nice about me coming an hour late and still got to work on the car right away. He even let me stick around and watch while he was working. All the work was done with the utmost care, and professionalism, something i've come to expect from RMP. As always with RMP, the best part of it is getting back on highway 50 to head home. wow. nuff said

This time, Rocco managed to fix the squeeking in my brakes. Im actually completly lost as to how that's even remotely possible, as I was watching what he was doing the whole time. Who knows, mabye its just the cold weather.

Rocco also put in a new serpentine belt and a AC belt, and when I started bitching about my H1 bulbs being way too dim in my foglights, he has some on hand which were installed. (they look much better)

I also made it back from RMP today at 4:30, in the middle of rush hour, in about 19 minutes. the way rocco tunes/fixes cars, i dont think that really surprises anyone

pricing was insanely low, just like all other work i've had done at RMP. Rocco's a great mechanic, just needs to sharpen up supply/demand skills, oh well, im not complaining:)

thanks again Rocco*th-up*

Okay then Ivan, next time when I make a quote I will double it before I tell you the price so that I can be competitive with other shops pricing...
