I am with roger's right now (under contract) but wanted a phone not too many people had in Canada, so I bought a Motorola A635 off e-bay that was with T-Mobile, but all I had to do was pop in my roger's sim card and bang, everything worked. So far the phone has been great (it flips open horizontally to reveal a keyboard which is AMAZING for text messaging etc) but now I have an opportunity for an upgrade with rogers. I have always liked the razor's, and acatually bought my father one for Christmas this year. I use my phone quite a bit, and like how slim the razor is (put it in my pocket with no "buldges" other then what god gave me :)). So my question is, is there any phone out there (obviously must be compatible with rogers) that you guys would recommend more then my current A635?? A razor for 50 bucks is pretty tempting........any and all help is much appreciated. Cheers,

yup, razors are sweet.. i love how it fits in your pocket and you dont even really know its there. ive put it beside all of my friends cell phones, even the pricier modelsthat they got and nothing compares to how thin it is.

also has a good camera and viedo camera (35 seconds but with pktools u can increase it to like 5 minutes)

razrs are shit...

problems with mine:
-vibrate doesnt work
-lcd ****ed up
-speaker ****ed up

if you're under contract they'll give you a new one

ive had 3 razr's, all of them worked fine, great phone.

and if your wondering why i've had three and still say its a great phone, is because i had a silver one when it originally came out, scratched/dropped the hell out of it, so i sold it, bought a black on, that got slammed on the floor, sold it, then had 2 sony phones, and back to the razr. u cant beat it, its a great phone if all u want is a phone.

There is a new phone by Samsung that's just as thin as the Razor but I cant seem do find it.

Sprint offers it.

hmmmmm. Well I'll probably pick up a black razor since it's only 50 bucks, and I can still sell my A635 for 100 very easily........it cost me 350 new.

go get yourself a RAZR V3X.

razr has nothing going for it except it's thickness. It's interface is slow, it's too wide, and it's a motorola so it's going to have that annoying volume button on the side which will bleep 1000000x throughout the day when it's in your pocket.
Get a quality phone like a high end nokia or sony. Lovin' the new ericsson W900

v3x is sexy. i still love my black razr. its a good all around phone. its not the newest thing anymore, but honestly, it'll do

It's the Samsung T809 but only available in the States now and cannot be unlocked yet. It's definitely a hot phone.
