255's?

Depending on your rim off set. What rims are you putting them on? I've heard of many M3 owners getting 255's in the back. Might have to do a little fender rolling.

If you go this route - want to get rid of the 245's??? I'd be interested, depending on what type of tires they are

255 on oem m3 rims will work fine... even if you're lowered 1" - 1.25".

Well, what width are your rims?

Your rims are made for 255?? They're 9" wide then?

Also, just as a note, by running wider tires in the rear compared to the front, you will make your car understeer more.

I've seen 255's on stock 8.5" M3 lightweight rims, they fit if the car isn't dropped too much, but they bulge out a lot, the contact patch is practically the same as a 245 (and the 245's are lighter and cheaper).

YES! .. I heard the warnings before I put my tires on, but I always thought.. "how bad could it be?" ... my car has a lot of understeer now... to the point where I can't do any type of aggressive driving, because the response for last second turns is too slow.

I'm on 225 front, 255 rear.
