Jus wondering? what would u assume was wrong if it didn't go straight?
Could be a few things could it not? So why that of all things

Really nice car, love the mtech kit. The rear is a bit too low for me thou

EDIT: Why does the center console only have 2 window switches?
I see no obc either.

Didn't the later e30's come with the OBC? i don't see one in that car... just the analog clock

Axxe 11-12-2004 09:36 AM

This is a Euro car, and it has a clock instead (OBC optional).

As for breaking hard, it shows a number of problems:

- Control arms
- Calipers
- Bend unibody (worst case scenario)

I test drove a E30 with a slight drag to the right, made even worse when braking. I looked underneath, the control was bent slightly, and the unibody wasn't straight. I asked the owner, and he confessed that the car was hit pretty bad in the winter. The ****er wouldn't of told me if I didn't notice.

Good catch!...even better question.

SebSter 11-13-2004 03:33 AM

on some euro models only the front two windows are automatic.. and the back ones are manual. ive seen it in some other pics before.

ara_yaz 11-13-2004 11:54 AM

Come to think of it, my friend has an early '90's MB 190E and it has powered front windows and manual rears...odd, especially for 'higher-end' automobiles.

Axxe 11-13-2004 08:19 PM

How often do you use your rear windows? I have a 4 door and have only had the rear windows down with someone back there. If they want to window down they can crank. It's also less weight, so a not bad idea.
