New Member and BMW Webpage

Hi everybody

I'm new around here, but I'm not stranger to bimmer forums or DTM.

I just setup my own webpage with some BMW information

It has how to's, tech tips, and some procedures on it.

Nice lift (nice bimmer too) :P

How hard was it to install the lift?

It's something I wanted to get for a long time but I can't make up my mind if I want one like yours or a scissor one since my garage is not pretty big.

It was a pain and a half to install.

We almost put it through the other side of the garage when the two towers got away from us (4 guys) when we were pulling it out of the truck.

Then standing them up and aligning them was not much fun. They each have 8-12 holes that go into the concrete that need drilled out (required buying a new hammer drill).

It took about 4 days to get it all together and working. Not a job for an amateur in my opinion.
