how do you make a "FILM STRIPS"?

How do you guys make film strip effect? you know how a strip of film with multi pictures? like a roll of film with bunch of small pictures? how do I go about doing that?

I have a plug-in for photoshop called "Extensis" and there are a lot of photoframes to choose from . . . . film strip happens to be one of them.
