I need your deck lid badges!

I need rear deck lid badges from any of the following.

///M

and

540, 740, or 840

and

320, 325 or 328

I will pay a resonable price. And I am not going to use an "///M" badge. I'm using this to make an engine code badge without the strips.

Hey how you doing I have an 325is badge from my brothers car. It is almost new the tape was removed from the back and it doesnt have any visible scratches tell me if you are interested.

Autotechnica 06-26-2004 07:17 PM

Got almost everything I need, I just need the "M" badge now.

Thanks,

Bry

i think it will look funky if you put it on the back.

Id I had a chance, I'd "underbadge" my car, with a 316 badge

Autotechnica 06-26-2004 09:41 PM

I'm not putting "///M42", I'm putting "M42", I'm cutting the strips off. It has nothing to do with being a poser. I'm using my engine code as a badge, it is what it is for those who can understand it, that's what I want.

I'm saying it will look funky because the letters might be of different style and the M is also a different style, it would obviously look like a "M3" M.

You're just trying to hide the fact that you have a 318 :)

Auto .. couldn't find the thread.. but there was one here in the for sale section which had e36 m3 in the title.. he was selling a ///m badge...

Autotechnica 06-27-2004 12:32 AM

Nope, just trying to be unique.

Thanks Justin.. By the way, did you ever order those mirrors for me?

Oh I see what your doing. FOR EVERYBODY WHO DOESNT KNOW HIS ENGINE IS 4.2 AND HIS CAR IS M SO M42. ALL BMW's are like that for example 745 is 7 stands for the series"seven series" and 45 is the engine power 4.5. So he aint no poser.

BMW_7 06-27-2004 01:56 AM

I wish my engine was 4.2... Wait. no I don't! Then I would be driving a Benz S420

rofl...this is funny...first of all he has a 318 (nothing to be ashamed about) and the M42 is his engine code!!! NO he doesn't have a 4.2L engine and NO it's not an "M". Too bad I can't find an "S" that'll make me a S52 :(

You got it! ;) I was thinking of the S42 badge, maybe try flipping the "2" the other way :P

Hmmm.. 4.2L? I wish haha. I need that "M" there, I was driving around last night and people were trying to race me like mad, must have thought I had an 4.2 :) Anyways, I guess not too many people are familiar with engine codes, which is what I want. Keeps people guessing except for the REAL enthusiasts.
