hey guys i am going to be installing my bilsteins pss9s this weekend since the snow is finally not coming back and i was wondering if i am going to need a camber kit
i will be going as low as i can possible go without rubbing

also should i put spacers on my rims. they are 18s and stock rims but does it look better with spacers since they stick out wider

but come to think of it now with spacers and dropped it wont work ?? am i correct

You more then likely won't need a camber kit. The mac strut suspension design on the front of your car won't really increase you camber much, even if you dump your car.

For the rear, if you really want to lower yor car you may need to get lower control arms. But install the coilovers, get an alignment first, and ask how far out of spec your camber is.

As for spacers, you might need them, depending on the offset of the wheel, and the width of the tires. My PSS's needed 5mm spacers even for stock wheels, but it's an E36, hopefully they fixed that problem with the e46's.

Also, if you run spacers without needing them, and lower your car, you're just pushing the wheels out giving them more of a chance to contact the fender lip with the tire.

If you want to slam the back to have a even drop with the front, install the rear springs without the adjustable spring pearch. Lots of guys run the rear PSS/PSS9's without the pearch and it works fine. It all depends on how much you want to slam it. I run with the rear pearch but that's because I didn't want the rear to tuck.

Spacers depend on your wheel offset and what size tires you are running. It also helps alot if you roll the rear fenders. Install the PSS9's first, get alignment and then measure the space you have left in the wheel well.
