wheel spacers

i am thinking about fender flairs and i need to know more about wheel spacers. are there any one else who makes them cheeper than h&r; they are going to be like $600 cdn for 30mm. would 30mm (1 inch about) be enough to fill fender flairs?

thanks alot,

keegan

I would recommend getting wider wheels with a different offset to fill up fender flairs. IMHO.

This would be the proper way to solve your problem.

You can get cheap spacers, lots of companies make them, but you usually end up with wheel vibration from them not being machined right, or properly balanced.

try these guys, in the US

http://www.optauto.com/webstore/prod...t=410&last=410

I bought my 15mm spacers from them.

For the 1 inch H&R spacers (25mm), they go for $120 USD/pair.

With a full set, shipping and conversion, this should be less than
$600Cdn.

Good luck

jim, if its 120 for a pair..wouldnt you only need two pairs? so how could it be 600?

jim s 11-24-2003 09:06 PM

yes, <$600 Cdn

The $600 CDN reference was the ball park cost that the originator of the thread had mentioned.

Going with these guys should be less.

Hi Keegan,

We have spacers availble for your car:

30mm type B spacers - $201 CDN per pair.

Type B spacers fasten to your hub, then your wheel is bolted to the spacer with your stock bolts. These spacers are also hubcentric.

I hope the helps. Let me know if you have any questions.

Rob
