Stainless steel dials....
I knew I seen them somewhere.

Looks cool. But friggin' expensive! :)

Mystikal 11-06-2003 03:10 AM

Nice, but I would be much more inclined to buy them if they had the stock fonts. I'm partial to the concours setup. :)

That font looks straight V-Dub, it has no place in my car. *no-no*

There is something about these dials, that turns me off.

They look sweet!

thinair 11-07-2003 12:19 AM

how does the light come through if they're stainless steel? Are the numbered machined out with a blue tint behind or something?

Jase 11-07-2003 12:23 AM

I thought on a e30 the light was reflected up into it?.not from behind

nm, i'm still in e36 mode, I don't know how the e30 gauge backlight works.

Jase 11-07-2003 12:45 AM

Ya sorry. They are just for the e30. I just thought I would post it sinceit was different.

SpudBoy 11-07-2003 12:51 AM

how does this make the car better?

IMHO, cheesey after-market crap.

although I have to admit I like some cosmetic mods

Jase 11-07-2003 01:01 AM

Nowhere did I imply that it would make my car any better. I just like them. If everyone liked the same stuff we would all be driving the same cars

SpudBoy 11-07-2003 01:09 AM

I can relate to that bud. It could look pretty sweet on your ride. I just pictured those on my car and gave it the thumbs down. If you go for the brushed aluminum look all over it will be sic for sure.*th-up*

Jase 11-07-2003 01:19 AM

I like since i have polished pedals, shifter, ebrake and sills.I agree on some rides it would look terrible. Never know it may look bad on mine.I havent decided. I may go with the white or grey instead.
Jase :)
